At INVIXO we are constantly expanding our activities in the field of Digital Transformations, and we are therefore looking for experienced Delivery Team Leads/Project Managers with expertise in SAP, Integration Platforms, API Management, and Data/BI projects. This is your time to shine and build a strong career at INVIXO Consulting Group.

THE JOB

You are a seasoned and experienced Project Manager with either a few years of experience within technical project management or strong multiple successfully delivered technical IT-projects. You have experience in managing projects in a Delivery Team setup following an agile project methodology. You have experience in working with continuous improvement within project/delivery teams and mentoring of less experienced delivery/project team members.

You are used to collaborate with internal sales/client engagement team and handling stakeholders in the client’s organization as part of your management of projects and client engagements.

Working out of our Headquarters in either Søborg and Århus, you will be part of our Project & Quality Management team and work closely with our IT architects, developers, etc. INVIXO clients are mainly based in Denmark but may have international operations, so some travel could become relevant.

THE “YOU”

As Delivery Team Lead/Project Manager at INVIXO, you will be part of one of the most experienced teams of highly competent Digital consultants, delivering advisory and project executions to the customers.

On a personal level, you must be self-driven, methodical, thorough and process oriented. You are open-minded and outgoing; you possess the drive and ability to define the agenda for your own area of responsibility in cooperation with stakeholders to deliver results at both the operational and tactical levels. You have a strong personal authority, and your ability to show initiative and be forward-thinking is excellent.

Other qualifications include strong communication skills as well as proficiency in written and spoken English.
