Potential Value Assessment

When carrying out a transformation process, business risk and opportunities arise. Change risks are traditionally handled and mitigated by the project manager and -owner, while opportunities often suffer from lack of attention. Traditional business strategies apply a top-down methodology to identify initiatives supporting overall strategic objectives.

The Potential Value Assessment starts from the bottom of the hierachi, considering the initiatives in scope, in order to identify hidden strategic value propositions - previously unknown possibilities.
