BRAND GUIDELINES
These guidelines describe the ethos and use of the INVIXO brand and provide common guidelines for the cohesive, correct, and meaningful use of the brand across the INVIXO community

1. The INVIXO Logo
By maintaining consistent application of our logo rules and guidelines, we can maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity. Incompliance with the rules could result in fragmentation and compromission of the brand.
Please reach out to our Branding & Marketing department at BM@invixo.com to receive our official logo in high quality. Please do not edit, change, distort or recolour our logo before having consulted with us.
1.1 INIXO Logo Application
The primary INVIXO logo is a two-colour logomark which can be used on light-coloured surfaces and dark coloured surfaces, as seen below:
Secondary Logo (1/2) – Name only
Secondary Logo (2/2) – Icon only
1.2 Sizing and Spacing
Ensure both the logomark and logotype maintain the appropriate proportions when adjusting the logo’s size.
Always abide by the rules of clear space when staging the logo. It is important that no other visual elements interfere with the logo.
1.3 Logo Violations
Below are examples of potential violations to application logo use. If you are in doubt whether you are in violation of any logo rules, please write to BM@INVIXO.COM before use.
2. The colours of INVIXO
The primary colour palette consists of Dark Blue-Grey and Light Blue-Grey + white.
To give our brand a look that is easily recognizable on all platforms (incl. PowerPoints), only use our brand colors.
Don’t use other gradients, tints, or shades – unless you put an overlay on images.
Main colors: (petrol, dark blue/grey, white)
- Use for backgrounds, illustrations, figures, lines
- Blue/grey colors: use for text on neutral colors
- White: use for text on blue/grey
Primary/main
Secondary/neutral/background:
Neutral colors: (light blue, light grey, light yellow, white)
Tertiary/Accent/contrast
Accent colors: (yellow, mint green, red)
Accent 1 – Yellow: Secondary color + Main Accent color
- Yellow can also be used for medium sections
- Use for secondary text, or text you want to highlight
- Use for CTA’s, symbols, icons, and a color splash
Accent 2 – green:
- Use for color splash, e.g., small supporting text, small boxes, arrows
Accent 3 – red:
- Only use to a limited extent, e.g., for contrast, e.g., arrows, stop signs, scoring etc.
3. Use of Brand Elements
3.1 General
Use of the INVIXO name, logo or other branded elements should not be used in ways that might be confusing, misleading, suggestive of “collaboration”, affiliation, or endorsement, which have not been previously approved. And please do not edit the logo in ways that distort the branded expression we have established. Consult with us at BM@invixo.com before using the INVIXO logo in general.
3.2 Use of logo for Promotional, Sales Related and Advertising purposes
Consult with us at BM@invixo.com before using the INVIXO logo on websites, products, packaging, manuals, or other commercial use that we have not approved.
3.3 Use of logo for Educational and Instructional purposes i.e., eBooks, Guides, Publications and Conferences
The INVIXO logo can be used for branded elements in an educational and instructional context, but must not be used in a confusing, misleading, or endorsing way that we have not approved of.
If logo and name is to be used in educational and instructional material, please use the statement “(NAME) is not endorsed, in affiliation or in any way sponsored by INVIXO Consulting Group A/S”.
3.4 Linking to INVIXO
If you are an INVIXO partner or customer and would like to link to the INVIXO site, this is allowed, as long as the rest of the predefined brand guidelines have been met – See above guidelines.
By using INVIXO branded elements in compliance with the INVIXO Brand Guidelines, you agree to the above stated “INVIXO Brand Guidelines” (contact info@invixo.com to receive these) and all INVIXO Rules and Policies. You also acknowledge that these guidelines might be updated recurringly and that INVIXO is the sole owner of the INVIXO trademarks, as well as agree to not interfere with our rights related to these.
