Application review

After you’ve submitted your application, the hiring manager will go through your application.

Screening call

Should we go through with you, the hiring manager will invite you to a screening call, to get to know you better.

Interview process

If there is a match, you’ll be invited to 1-2 interviews with the hiring manager and other relevant managers. If these interviews go well, you will be invited to a last interview, where you’ll be asked to do a personality test and meet HR.

Job offer

In case you nail the interview process, we’ll give you a call and discuss the practical elements of the employment. You can be certain that our offer will be competitive and reflect a fair compensation.

Pre-onboarding

After you sign the contract, your new manager will reach out to address any top-of-mind questions you may have before your first day of work. Starting a new job can be overwhelming, and we want to ensure that all your concerns are promptly addressed, even if you may have forgotten to ask them during previous talks.

On your first day of work, you’ll be provided with all things necessary. Including equipment, and an introduction to some of your new colleagues.
